Delivery

Products purchased on the Site are delivered by either registered mail or DHL, depending on the value and destination.

The shipping method and price is indicated and calculated when ordering, before payment.

For reasons such as security, Valérie Lachuer will not process any order for which a post office box or Cedex address is provided.

In order for your order to be delivered, you undertake to provide your full address when ordering, including the additional information necessary for the smooth running of the delivery.

Delivery Issues

Any failure or delay in delivery of more than eight 8 working days in the European Union and 15 working days outside the European Union must be reported to us. You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery. In case of anomalies (opened package, damaged product, etc.) you must report it on the delivery note and contact Valérie Lachuer by email or phone. Returns / exchanges

We do not accept returns of damaged or incomplete products.

Jewelry that is designed or manufactured in accordance to specific indications by the User cannot be returned.
