Large medallion in 750/1000 gold (18 karat) set with an ancient coin and three diamonds.
- Silver drachma, 31.9 mm in diameter, 4.12 g. Crowned bust on one side and Altar of Fire on the other, dating from 621–622 AD. AD, Khosrow II.
- 3 pink-gray cut diamonds, 3.4 mm in diameter.
- Chiseled texture around the coin and diamonds.
- Two movable hoops adorned with delicate granulation.
- Entirely handmade.
